Asanjo Heating Systems supplies Superthal heating elements, engineered for extreme temperature applications where conventional SiC or FeCrAl elements reach their performance limits.

Superthal elements are based on advanced MoSi₂ (molybdenum disilicide) technology, delivering exceptional temperature capability, stable electrical performance, and long service life in high-temperature industrial and laboratory furnaces.

Temperature Range

  • Maximum Element Temperature: up to 1800°C

  • Recommended Furnace Operating Range: 1400°C – 1750°C

  • Suitable for continuous and cyclic operation at ultra-high temperatures
