Asanjo Heating Systems offers Fibrothal Heating Systems as its hero product, designed for extreme temperature applications where conventional wire or strip heaters are not suitable.

Fibrothal heaters are based on FeCrAl alloy heating elements embedded in high-purity ceramic fiber insulation, combining very high operating temperatures, excellent thermal efficiency, and compact design. These systems deliver uniform radiant heat, fast thermal response, and exceptional reliability even in demanding industrial environments.

Fibrothal Grades – Temperature & Atmosphere Compatibility

Asanjo supplies Fibrothal heating systems in different grades, selected based on maximum temperature, furnace atmosphere, and application requirements.

 Standard Fibrothal Grade

  • Max Temperature: Up to 1300°C

  • Atmosphere: Air, neutral

  • Typical Use: Industrial ovens, dryers, medium-temperature furnaces

 High-Temperature Fibrothal Grade

  • Max Temperature: Up to 1500°C

  • Atmosphere: Air, mildly oxidizing

  • Typical Use: Heat treatment, ceramic firing, sintering furnaces

 Ultra High-Temperature Fibrothal Grade

  • Max Temperature: Up to 1600°C

  • Atmosphere: Air, controlled or clean environments

 Atmosphere Note:
Fibrothal systems are best suited for oxidizing or neutral atmospheres. For reducing or carburizing atmospheres, Asanjo provides alternative heating solutions with technical consultation.
